   Welcome to Camelot Woods II!

    The Homeowners' Association (HOA) Board of Directors welcomes you to your new home in what is known as Camelot Woods II. We hope that you had a successful move.

    While membership in our Homeowner's Association is required, we invite you to attend our HOA meetings when they are held.  You will also be receiving future HOA newsletter in your mail.

    There is one main committee within the HOA made up of volunteer Camelot Woods II  residents that work to maintain the quality of life in Camelot Woods. That is The Architectural Review Committee (ARC).

   The Architectural Review Committee reviews and approves new building and exterior remodeling (such as painting, decks, fences and replacement roofs) of homes in the association  to ensure compliance with Camelot Woods II Covenants. The intention of the Covenants is to protect our scenic environment and maintain the value of our homes. You should have received a copy of the Covenants for your filing at closing. If not, you can contact ? to request a copy. Be sure to include your name and street address in your request. 

   Again, welcome to Camelot Woods II. Please feel free to call any member of the board with any questions about your new community. Because the HOA is a organization made up of volunteers, we need the support of every resident to preserve and protect the amenities of this beautiful and unique development. We sincerely hope you will support these efforts.
